They have an absorbency of approx75ml in a period of 4 hours. The secret lies in the specially integrated absorbent pad. Four “invisible” absorption layers catch light to moderate urinary and defecation accidents. The underpants are not suitable for surging urine loss but for slow amounts of urine.

The UnderWunder and Dry&Cool brand

Both have four cross layers and easily absorb the liquid. The skin remains dry. UnderWunder has a waterproof layer that prevents leaks.  Dry&Cool does not have this layer. With both models you don't have to be afraid of unpleasant smells. These are also held in place by the layers. This gives you that certain extra security.

Washable

They are made of soft cotton and are very comfortable to wear. They are washable at 40 to 60 degrees. The underwear can be washed again and again without losing its effectiveness. It is allergy-friendly. It can be tumble dried, but if you avoid the dryer, it will hold up better.
